  1. If I need to have access to my office over the weekend, can I?
    Yes, with a regular office or an executive suite rental you can.
  2. Can you rent an office or meeting room by the hour?
    Yes, for specific pricing please contact one of our leasing representatives, so they can go over the details with you.
  3. If I have a Virtual Office program, can I schedule a meeting late in the evening or over the weekend?
    No, as with all Virtual Office programs, you only have access during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  4. With my Virtual Office program, I have an allotted amount of time to use a conference room. If I have any time left over from a particular month, can it be used during the following month?
    No, you cannot transfer any unused time from one month to another.
  5. Do you have a Notary on the premises?
    Yes, and with certain programs, the Notary's services are included.
  6. I am planning a four-hour meeting in one of the conference rooms. Do you have refreshments available?
    Yes, full coffee service is available. Please check the menu list of services for pricing.
  7. Does the Receptionist answer the phone with a standard, generic greeting?
    No, your calls are answered with your custom greeting during regular business hours. After hours, calls will be directed to your personal voice mail.
  8. The way my business is expanding, I may outgrow a single office within a year's time. Can you address that need when it arises?
    Certainly. We want your business to grow, and we are here to help you make smooth transitions with additional space, services, and other operational support.
  9. Are Virtual Offices available for a month at a time?
    There is an initial six (6) month minimum service agreement with a pre-paid requirement, and an additional $100 set-up fee for each Virtual Office program. From the seventh (7th) month onward, each program will be billed on a monthly basis.
  10. If I need to make photocopies, fax, or send a package, can I?
    Of course. We know that having these services available, makes your busy life easier. Please refer to the list of Additional Services for more details and pricing.
  11. Do you offer free parking, or is a paid permit required?
    All of our parking is free.
  12. How long does it take to get to Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix?
    Since we are located on East Baseline Drive, we are minutes away from US 60 and I-10, which will get you to airport quickly.
